Returns & Exchanges

We hate it when things go sideways, but we also view it as a chance to learn and improve.

Size Exchanges

All of our products are custom made, on demand, and this makes size exchanges infeasible. When ordering our garments, if you're unsure, and the fit guide doesn't help, order one size up!

Defective Products

If the product you receive is defective or is not what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at info@bvr.design so that we can make it right.

Order Changes

If you notice your order is not correct, please notify us within 12 hours so we can make changes before the order is shipped.

Art Exchanges

Unless the received artwork is damaged or defective (please contact us immediately!) we cannot accept returns on printed or framed art.
